Kisah bermula apabila Dr.Suzana (Sharifah Shaheera) di bawah seliaan Prof. Dr. Taib Siron (M. Rajoli) berjaya mencipta sebuah mesin BS21 yang boleh membaca fikiran manusia. Walaupun BS21 amat penting dalam bidang perisikian ketenteraan namun, ia amat berbahaya jika terjatuh ke tangan orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Hal itu benar-benar terjadi apabila Cat (Cat Farish) dan orang kanannya Kupan (Bob Kuman) telah mencuri BS21 dari makmal Dr. Suzana. Satu-satunya saksi yang melihat kejadian tersebut adalah Hashim (Zul Yahya), pengawal keselamatan makmal tersebut. Bermulalah pelbagai aksi dan perkara melucukan kerana BS21 sebenarnya boleh merealisasikan apa yang dihajati oleh pemakainya.
